D. V. C. R. A. Descriptions of optional features. D. Dynamic mixing valve is also applied for thorough mixture of resin and hardener when the mixing ratio is huge. V. Vacuum unit is utilized for material tank de-gassing and for either automatic refill or auto-recirculation. C. Progressive Cavity Pump. This is used when the material contains fillers. Ordinary gear pumps would tend to wear out easily. R. Recirculation unit. The programmable function controls the entire automatic recirculation process of the material tube. This function would enforce material from auto valve back to material tank when it contains fillers or tends to crystallize after the machine staying standby for a while. A. Auto-refill. This is suitable for user with high frequency of refilling workload. This function is either completed by a specially designed refilling pump or by vacuum pumps when vacuum unit is utilized. This feature can reach to the raw material tanks without opening the pressure tanks.
