S. This model is equipped with variable-ratio feature. Therefore, extra Ac Servo Motor and Amplifier are applied for hardener in order to match the mixture requirement. The mixing ratio is digitally controlled and monitored through control panel. User can select the input figure without any physical adjustment.
D. Dynamic mixing valve is also applied for thorough mixture of resin and hardener when the mixing ratio is huge.
V. Vacuum unit is utilized for material tank de-gassing. This function can prevent air bubble residual problem.
R. Recirculation unit. The programmable function controls the entire automatic recirculation process of the material tube. This function would enforce material from auto valve back to material tank when it contains fillers or tends to crystallize after the machine staying standby for a while.
A. Auto-refill. This is suitable for user with high frequency of refilling workload. This function is either completed by a specially designed refilling pump or by vacuum pumps when vacuum unit is utilized. This feature can reach to the raw material tanks without opening the pressure tanks.
P. 3 component (pigment or accelerator) feature, maximum 4 additional 3rd component applicable. Operator can easily switch from one to another or adjust the applied mixing ratio through control panel.
M28. / M51. sub-control panel for 28 or 51 sets of memory switch. User can select and switch from one target volume to another.
